You will meet up with your workshop group for the input session, which will be conducted by your workshop lecturer, followed by a collaborative session, in which you will work together with your fellow workshop participants. All times in the schedule are European Central Time! So for those based in Central Europe, the workshops will start at 2 pm. For those based in North or South America, it will be early morning, for those based in Asia late afternoon or evening.
During the individual workshop sessions, you will not meet up as a group. Your workshop lecturer will give you specific tasks (like working on a certain project, doing research or preparing for the next session) that should be completed before the next input session.
Besides the workshops, all participants should attend the opening meeting and the keynote lecture on Monday as well as the final presentations and the closing meeting on Sunday.
There are no workshop sessions on Saturday, but this time should be used to prepare your final presentations (either individually or in groups).
The evening program will be recorded and made available on YouTube, so it's not mandatory to attend these sessions.
