Desciption

The book provides an excellent comparative perspective on New Keynesian "New Consensus" economics and Post-Keynesian Economics at a beginner level. It also offers an interactive tool to understand how the economic models work, especially from a heterodox / pluralist perspective. Bachelor and masters' students of economics can highly benefit from this content in terms of having a paradigmatic outlook on economic theories and deepening their understanding of alternative economic models.

Comment from our editors:

This online, open-access book is an outcome of a project at Institute for International Political Economy (IPE) Berlin of the Berlin School of Economics and Law. The authors are professors and research associates at the IPE Berlin who have oriented in their teaching a pluralist approach on economics and have research experience especially in Post-Keynesian economics.
